Going into your own business can be a very challenging and difficult venture. There is a great deal of planning that is necessary before you start your business. You must decide whether you have the determination, experience, knowledge, and skill to be successful. You should write down a formal business plan. You must decide what the business will do, where the business will be located, whether you will start the business from scratch or whether you will buy an existing business. You must decide how much capital you will need, and how you will raise the capital. There are also many legal questions to be answered. We recommend that our clients consult with us from the very beginning once they have decided to go into their own business so that we can make sure that everything gets started on the right foot.
